Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary based on availability, production, and destination. Customers will be notified via email once items have shipped. Teak & Brass is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged due to manufacturing or transit, you may request a replacement within 20 days of delivery. Requests must include photo evidence and be sent to info@teakbrass.com.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved. Custom orders are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are covered by Teak & Brass.

Intellectual Property

All content on teakbrass.com—including text, images, and design elements—is the property of Teak & Brass and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Teak & Brass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
