1. Eligibility

• Refunds are available for unused and undamaged items only.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 20 days of delivery.

• Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for refund.

2. Process

To initiate a refund, please contact teakbrass@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid return label.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

4. Shipping

Teak & Brass covers return shipping costs for eligible refund requests.
